I’ve done many COVID tests; both the PCR and rapid tests (a few as precaution, some required for traveling, and some due to showing possible symptoms) but none have ever hurt. I’ve heard they hurt too, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to my first one stressing about the pain I didn’t even end up feeling.

Tiny felt a little nervous too. She had been bottom of the pecking order since she was a chick. The only time she was mean was when her mommy instinct kicked in.

Prim was checking under bushes, heart stalling, when she saw Dahlia walk into camp. She ran, wrapping her up in her wings, stifling her sobs.

Posh saw Prim, and began trembling with fear. She started scanning the area for possible hiding places.
