Tiny went into the middle of camp. What was going on, she was thinking.

“Yowch. I can understand that.” Said Snowberry. “Well, you’ll have to work your way up the ranks, but you can be permitted to join. If after a period of one moon you prove yourself, you will become a full-fledged member.”

"Thank you." Jack told Snowberry "I'll make sure to benefit the flock as much as I can."

Titan huffed. He was upset at Snowberry’s acceptance.

Titan stood up tall. His hackles resting back against his neck.
He chuckles. “Well, you certainly won’t find any hens for you here.” He said passive aggressively.

Snowberry rolled his eyes. “Titan I can see like 50 hens around me literally right now.” He laughed.
“Jack, there are lots of females here. But we don’t do harems. Typically, one rooster and one hen become a mated pair. This seems to work very well, and we get lots of chicks.” He smiled at the young male.

"Probably not but it beats being alone." Jack said.

“Watch your moves, cockerel. Or you may just find yourself disagreeing with that statement.” Titan said.

Titan huffed. He was upset at Snowberry’s acceptance.

Snowberry brushed Titan with a wing. “He’s young and he hasn’t done anything wrong. Calm yourself.” He said out of the corner of his beak.

Titan cracked the knuckles in his toes. “If you say so. If he proves himself to be more than just a hormonal cockerel looking to take some of our flock, I will back down. But I will be keeping an eye on him until then.”
