yep forgot about tad poles. I get a lot in the summer in my pond. I put them in a pan of water because they make the water black. The Hoodies didn't stop diving until all the minnows were gone all 5 dozen. Some of the others got free meals. The minnows that the hoodies deemed to big were left dead and floating which the other snatched up quick lol. Poor little Hottentots didn't know what to think about them. Didn't try to go after them at all, just watched them

well my brother's caught the fever. He wants some duck of his own...and wanted me to ask yall if you had any. I know it's the worst possible time of year to try to find some, but told him I'd ask and see. He wants a one stop shop though to avoid having a ton in shipping.
Looking for a pair each of wood duck, blue wing, and n pintail. If any of yall have them, if you dont mind, drop me a pm

Way to go Karen. No sharpwings for me this year.I only have a male a friend gave me. All my birds are March layers for the most part.

We always joke that if you glued a broom handle to one they could make a good floor mop!

(Of course I wouldn't do that, I love my geese sooooo much)!!!!

We have a catch pen will still probably 60+ birds in it and our birds are laying already!! Not good!!
Hope to sell some at auction tomorrow..

Don't know if I mention it but we have added Sharpwing Teal and maned Geese! My 150 max on birds is at 165 haha and that is because I have lost a few! not good
