Just saw an add for White mutation Redheads for $1000 on GBWF Site!

if you look at his/her prices they are all more than anyone else charges for the same birds. 70 for reg wood ducks. You can get them on auction for 45 all the time

Ya i saw that, his mandarins were $80. The reason i brought it up was because its the first time i have heard of a white mutation read head. How many people have these?

Yes mandarin sell all day long for 50 a pr. I guess he has lots of room and is in no big hurry to sell them at those prices

Thats the thing, these breeders and websites posting mandarins for a lot more. There is a certain website that sells theres for $110 plus shipping and people are still buying them. (couple of people on here told me they got some from that particular site)

I have seen some hatcheries sell them for that and wondered how they do it. Some people just don't shop around for the best bargain or that's the site that came up when they googled. Who knows

Ok, so if I see mandrians for over $60, look around more for a cheaper price.
Im asking because I can hopefully get oranmental ducks in the spring and I dont want to be ripped off.

that's right, $45- $60 is o kay on mandarins, if it's over that, keep looking and save your money for feed, LOL

There's quite a few on auctions I just saw for $50 a pr with no bids at all.

Once you start to get ready to get in some stuff, feel free to ask here before you buy. will be glad to tell you if the price is fair for the species you are looking for.
