The Farm where I got them has offered to replace them with two chicks Born in May... Am I just going to go thru the same situation again?

If you can get some a few weeks old then you can usually tell by the size and color of the comb. Roos have larger more red appearing comb than to pullets. It is a guessing game sometimes unless you are very familiar with the breed or able to sex them by other means.
