I've only had duck once and I was a kid. Too long ago to remember.lol. It was wild duck. My mom recalls not liking it.

Probably because it was wild. My friend's husband refuses to eat meat that doesn't come from the store because it "doesn't taste right". I know I certainly struggled to get home-grown Orpington down.

Your friend's husband is missing out. I do like Bambi and thumper myself..squirrel isnt bad either (when properly prepared).. I want to try groundhog. I hear they're good too.. If it's running around in my yard why not have a free meal. Minus Ricky raccoon and opossum..no thanks.
