He don’t have much of a hard time hiding anything right now. When y’all move to MS it might be a little different.

DH told me I can hatch whenever I want. As long as I have buyers lined up beforehand. So far I have 4 hatches scheduled, and I’m borrowing a second incubator for one of them…he told me maybe I need to buy a second one…I don’t think he understands what he is saying. But I am holding him to it.

Next year’s plan is to get a small coop and some bantams. I’ll gently ease him in to that idea, maybe by just getting it and the chicks and saying “whoops”.

If I was married to Wally, we would probably have a gazillion chickens running around. DH is my balance. I’ve just tipped the scale a bit in my direction.

My wife is my balance also! She enjoys seeing the chicks leave right now but it’s hard to make it through having to hang on to them for a while. I just got done talking to a lady a few minutes ago. She and her husband are coming tomorrow to clean out my brooder! And I don’t mean poop and shavings.
