I haven't lost any from weather conditions.. yet. My Serama rooster did get frostbite and lost his tips on his comb but overall they did well. I don't heat my coop and winters here are brutal.

Well, we went from 60 in Texas to -9 and several feet of snow. So I wasn't mad that I had lost one. I didn't lose any this year.
