Basically, that character has runes all over his body because he was designed to be an evil superweapon, and the runes talk about how he is designed to destroy the world, but he decides to be good instead and doesn't follow that path.

That story wasn't really my thing, no offense to my friend. But he paid me to draw it, so I don't mind.
