And ideally I would have set eggs again last night but for the slow hatch.... I have about 2-3 doz ready to go in

So ya I should of set eggs today but didn't get hatchers cleaned. Figured I'd get everything done in the morning.
Decided to go ahead and candle tonight though. These are the ones moving to hatchers. Moving right along and when I went to pick up an egg it exploded. NASTY.
It covered my hand, half the turner and half the other eggs in the turner.
Even after getting everything cleaned half my house smells like death but worse.

Ya you don't.
I've had eggs seep every now and again but maybe only 3 or 4 explode in all my years.
At least this one wasn't in the incubator or hatcher.

Yep I have had a few seepers from brought eggs.... I really never want to have one explode on me.

I only candle twice, day 7 and day 18

I usually candle on day 12 then sometimes on day 18.
I just didn't get to it on this batch because that was the day I went to the fair.
