The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Well at least you got 4. And one is a little Buff thankfully!
Yep, 4 is still 4 more then I had a few days ago.
The buffs are adding up too. I'm just hoping they don't add up to 5 pullets and 45 cockerels by end of season.
Slow chickening day today. New season of King Of The Hill premiered. Took the TB the long way to Walmart. Bought 2 tubs of ice cream, hot fudge and magic shell toppings. Ate ice cream with the boy then ate more and binge watched all 10 new episodes.

Sometimes you just have to treat yourself and relax too.

Hmm…maybe it’s worth getting hulahoop for a month just to watch it.
They released all 10 episodes at once so you'd have no problem only needing it for a month.
I went to a link for "1 month free trial" even said "to start free trial" on the next button I clicked.
Got skeptical when it asked for card info and yes it charged my card $9.99 but I'll make the best of it and see what else I can watch in 30 days.
Typical King Of The Hill from the old days with the modern times thrown in just to piss Hank off. Hulu so stronger language then I was used to with the show but I wasn't disappointed in it.
I'll watch them again in a couple weeks.

Dare we ask why?
I'm not really sure why but all my irl friends agree it matches my vibe. Maybe it's because I'm gregarious, loyal, have high self esteem, and get really excited about simple things. Also, I'd definitely be a bird since I'm a climber and quite energetic, and geese can fly so there's that too.

Gracious, a lot of leghorns hatching! The incubator is chaos. :gig I need to TRY to count what's hatched, as everything was labeled, but every single chick so far is brown chipmunk so I can't tell who's what too easy as some of the leghorns' eggs were smaller and they were a bit on the smaller side themselves. 🤭 But I think we've now had 5/10? of the ones that made it to lockdown hatch! We've also had a Speckled Sussex and several Red Jungle Fowl Bantams and a red Phoenix hatch out of our total of 11 hatches, but 2 Brown Leghorns are actively zipping too! LOVE them! I can't wait to see them grow. So glad we finally got to get our first!
