Say does anyone have a breeding chart for this? I've ordered some ermine and blue Ameraucana pullets and I will have a black rooster. What percentage of what offspring can I expect? I'm guessing we can substitute speckled for ermine?

I assume you have black pullets too?
Black rooster X black hens = 100% black offspring.
Black rooster X blue hens = 50% black and 50% blue offspring
Black rooster X ermine hens = 50% black 50% ermine offspring
