The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Yes, very close to being bone on bone, but not all the way across. Healthy bone is very strong, it's what the ancients used to chip stone into sharp tools. So the stronger bone of my upper leg (I'm assuming) is crushing or chipping away bits of the more porous bone of my lower leg bones. Although the damage is barely visible in diagnostic images, it's very painful and making me quite miserable.
I can understand that it's painful, as my husband is at the point where he has none left on his. He didn't want an operation with fake knee stuff, so that is why he chose the alternative of having the nerves burn instead. It's his body, so it's his choice to decide how he want's to deal with it.

Moony, Your expertise is needed in the Question of The Day "Is a Hot Dog A Sandwich?" thread. The debate's getting UGLY!
