The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Awww thank you!

We’re in town but there is one possibly two (not sure if the one is still selling but I think so) up the street actually but it’s kind of far for walking, although I think one is closer than the other, so I’d have to get a ride. Or I could just try hoofing it because it’s not THAT far ha and the one place I can pet the goats.
Petting goats in a nice bonus!

I had two scrambled eggs for lunch and put eggs on the salads at dinner tonight. My husband is taking some to work tomorrow to sell I got 15 eggs today and am a little overwhelmed! I dehydrated about 10 dozen, just to have some in reserve on the shelf.

Dehydrated eggs? Are hard boiled first?
What's the process?

Ha ha, that's rumor and innuendo, don't believe it in a second.
WV is trying to require a label on it but not ban it altogether here
House Bill 4462 would prohibit the sale of cell-cultured products: . Del. Chris Phillips, R-Barbour County,WV:
“Lab grown meat has already been recognized in other states as un-tested, potentially unsafe and nearly unregulated,” he said. “The use of growth factors, hormones or other additives in the culturing process has raised substantial questions of unintended health consequences, such as allergenicity or toxicity, and reliance on immortalized cell lines, cells that have been genetically engineered to divide indefinitely have yet to be empirically established not to give rise to long term cancer risks.”

I think I read something "the only thing we have too fear is fear itself" or something like that ...
