Yes we have quite a few hence bull calves sell cheap.
Those are veal set ups.

I've never seen a set up like that before in real lifw. Only know because I looked into veal at some point because I was curious if it would be worth the cost

This is how we just keep dairy calves in general around here though. Not necessarily for veal. They're separated for ease of feeding and monitoring.

How do they typically keep dairy calves your way, Moony? Just all loose in a pen?

Veal. My ex used to order veal parmigania every time we wnt to an Italian restaurant in town. I can't eat it. It's been marinated in the sad mommy cow tears. My ex would reply that's what makes it so tender.

Oh I just want to boop/smoosh them. Like cuddle up in some warm hay covered with little moo cows. I'm not a fan of bottle feeding, but I love calf cuddles.
