The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Take nodded along to what Blair was saying, running a hand through his light pink hair.
“I bet”
He sat up and stared seriously into her yellow eyes, “What are you exactly?” he asked, the curiosity getting the best of him.
Air left Blair's lungs instantly, not expecting Take's question so suddenly. She gave another soft laugh, this time though it was mirthless. Oh, I should've known someone was going to ask this question.
"Werewolf," she answer, her tone somewhat sharp as she met his gaze. She took a breath, softening her tone. "I'm a Werewolf."

Clary gave Lavender a sympathetic look. “I’m sorry,” she said softly. She was lucky to have parents that loved her, seeing as it was not something a lot of people had. “I’m willing to give him a chance, I just need to let my parents know I’ll be gone first. Gems or not, they’ll still be worried.” She watched Lavender tuck her tail between her legs. Lavender acted quite sad and pathetic, and Clary decided she wanted to become friends with this new girl.
Lavender pondered over why Clary said sorry to her while waiting for her tea. Did Clary know anything about her? Did she accidentally say something that gave away the fact that all the friends she ever knew left her? Or that her parents and brother are dead? She hoped she didnt spill anything, if she was going to stick around these new people for a while she wanted to start fresh. They didnt have to know what had happened to her, doubted they would care anyway.

(And here I thought the depressing characters would stay at WCBL XD )

Take’s eyes widened a bit, he wasn’t taken aback by her answer, but he just knew she wasn’t completely human.
“Oh, I see, that’s pretty cool.. I’ve never met an actual werewolf before..” he confessed.

No wonder she has a strong scent.

Blair grimaced, waiting for him to get up and leave, or quietly answer and shuffle away from her. Instead, his reaction was rather chilled out. She blinked. And blinked again. And for several moments, she just stared at him, for once in her life, mute. "Well," she shrugged, smoothing her startled expression away, as if it were never there. "We are kind of cool, I guess." She answered, though against her will, the sliver of uncertainty she had tried to hold back slipped into her tone.

"Thanks." Blair shot him a smile, tossing her hair from her face as she sat across from him. For a moment she was silent, thinking of her choice of words.
Though, she was never one to dwell on deciding what to say for to long. "What do you think about this...situation? Seems kind of weird, don't you think? Giant bugs, mother amulet...'chosen ones.' Don't quite know how much I should trust a guy who pretty much kidnapped me."
Kipp slid further back into his seat, he was sitting at the back edge of the same table but for some reason was completely ignored by the tall burnette. Not that this is anything new, He thought to himself, was kind of hoping I'd look a little more normal next to this guy, but I should have figured. He crossed his arms over his chest and glared at the floor. Crumbs and dried coffee puddles were all over the place, gone unnoticed on the similarly colored brown tiles. No one's gonna miss me. No reason to head home.

Lavender looked over at the people Clary was talking to, then pinned back her ears and tucked her tail between her legs sadly. "My family probably wont even care that Im gone..." She then perked up at the man Clary was getting angry at and ran over to his defense. "Y-you dont know that he really intended to kidnap us! It was the gems was it not? It might not be his intention to keep us for a long time! You dont know what he went through to get us here, so give him a chance!" She then looked at everyone else and shrunk, shaking with fear, she looked back at Will with nervous but kind eyes and stepped away softly.

Lavender then looked over at the man who had called her out, she walked over timidly and thought for a moment. "I-I'll have the chamomile, please." She had really wanted the pumpkin spice but she thought that the chamomile would calm her nerves and hopefully her vibrating body. She smiled shyly at him, her ears still pinned flat against her skull and her tail tightly between her legs.
Kyle let the chamomile seep in the hot water. "And what is your name?" he asked, bowing politely to the fox girl.

Will Laurel was surprised by the Clary’s sympathy. It wasn’t something he ever asked of the kids. “I’m afraid we can’t find a way to contact your parents. It would only make things worse.”

Lavender nodded gratefully at the man. "Lavender... And yours?"

“Does that mean I can’t just text them?” Clary asked. “So what’s the big deal with bugs, anyway? Besides being big, do they have an mutant powers? I don’t see why we should be worried.”
