The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Laurel traced his fingers over the curling lines. It didn’t really matter whether the people were upstairs or downstairs, not really. He just thought that some people wanted to know how the stone worked.
He touched a certain spot in the bottom left, immediately lighting up, electrified by its touch. Post and lintels around a circle that hadn’t been noticed by the kids before.
Poke.
The whole world was aglow with a blue, swirling light.
Cam opened her eyes to see the kids around her surrounded by a circle of huge, hulking monoliths.
They weren’t in Missouri anymore. She wasn’t really sure if that was a blessing or a curse.

He nodded firmly “Your right. I’m going to run away. Never go back” he exclaimed

Clary turned around, overhearing Fred’s statement. Her face turned sympathetic, and if she were anyone else she might have hugged him. She almost felt bad for teasing him earlier, but the kid didn’t seem to have minded that much. “I’m sorry your parents chose favorites,” Clary said, her voice soft. Kids look up to their parents more than anyone else, and to have their parents choose favorites is cruel. Clary thought.
Lavender threw her hands up in the air to argue with the boy but when she opened her mouth all that came out was babblings. She whipped her head around to Clary and shrunk in her seat, she was so mortified and convinced she did something wrong that she didn't even hear Clary speak to Fred. Her face went red and she curled back into the fetal position again, sliding back into the far back of the booth she was sitting in and began to shake. Now was the time more than ever that she wished she had the chamomile tea, so she hid her head in her knees again.

“Pft” he said, looking amused, “You didn’t sca-” cutting himself off mid-sentence. He realized Blair did in fact scare him. He grew quiet and spaced out.
I knew it was her.. but why do I have to have this insecurity when my back is turned?
Blair turned back around sharply, tilting her head back to look at him. "I may be a werewolf, Take, but I don't bite, I promise," she retorted, a slight scowl on her face.
Brid straightened as everyone began moving towards the stairs, glancing back at the three guys. “Are we going?” She asked, looking in between them and the staircase with an apprehensive expression.
"Mhm?" Fox looked up at her, then glanced at the staircase. "Oh. Yeah. Coming." He muttered, walking past her and descending down the steps.

Blair whipped around, blue light blinding her vision entirely. She let out a sharp yelp, her hand going to Kit's collar to keep the dog close. Her eyes snapped shut, unable to handle the intensity of the blue light.
And then everything paused. Cool air swirled around her, dancing along her skin, causing her to shiver. Her eyes snapped open, and she spun in a circle. Massive stones surrounded them, looming horrifyingly above them. Kit let out a bark of joy, bounding forward to chase a stray butterfly, unaffected by the previous events.
Blair, on the other hand, took a step back, looking around the place, seemingly deserted in exception for the group, warily. "I really, really don't like this."

Clary turned to Lavender. “Are you okay?” She asked, her voice audibly full of concern. “I-I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you,” she said, crouching down in an attempt to look less big and threatening.

Colby slid out of the booth and padded over to Brid. His ears were low again, betraying his anxiety. But he put on a brave face and nodded firmly. "I'm still not quite sure what's the attraction about downst--"
There that churning blueness happened and then there were giant rocks.
For the first time today, Colby positively lit up once he realized where they'd been relocated to. Skipping as though he'd suddenly become significantly less vulnerable to gravity, he bounced around the nearest of the towering monoliths and returned to the recovering group with wide, sparkling eyes and a waving tail. "This. Is. So. COOL."

Fox had just brushed past her and Colby was starting to speak when the world turned blue and began spinning around her. Before she could react or yell or anything she was standing, no, falling to the ground in front of Stonehenge. Wait a second. I’m at STONEHENGE! She scrambled to her feet, brushing herself off, and looked around. Everyone, upstairs and downstairs, was here, some confused, some elated. She was surprised to find herself being one of the latter.

Take shook himself out of it, “I know” he replied sharply.

As the blue light swallowed everyone up, Take closed his three eyes tightly, unable to keep them open. Once the light dissipated, he slowly opened them back up again. The cool England air immediately caused Take to heat up like a furnace. They were surrounded by a ring of standing stones, he looked around, impressed. He took a step forward and knelt down, feeling the earth.
This is really real.

“A beeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Rylie, run! Is it still there?” A high, piercing voice shredded the silence as Kyle sent a bewildered Rylie into a confused zigzagging path to avoid a sleepy bumble bee, lulled by the autumn cool, on a casual mission to find Scottish clover. “Evasive maneuvers!” It seemed like every effort to evade the bee only put Kyle more directly in front of it.
“It’s behind you!” Cam called, snickering. Her little brother was the same way about bees. It was only a bumblebee, slightly oversized, and she suspected that was the floral abundance.
“It is? Aghhh! I knew it was going for me!” Kyle threw himself off the back of Rylie, tumbling to the ground.
