The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Take heard Kyles question before he went up, so he came back as quickly as he could. His ripped up mostly sleeveless robe was tied around his waist again. He pulled out the bag that Kyle asked for from his robe and placed it down near Kipp, “You’re gonna be okay bud..” he said, getting on his knees by Kipp. Why couldn’t I find that aid kit earlier? I can’t believe it..
Kyle released a long held breath and relaxed his body, forcing himself to stop twitching.
"Thank you, Take." He stared blankly at the bag for a few seconds. I... great. I have to ask someone for help. I can't do anything myself.
"Could you kindly grab it out for me? Another trip to the fourth dimension is just not what the doctor ordered today."
"Here," Cam said, raising an eyebrow so that's what he thinks is in there? seeming to appear out of nowhere, snatching the bag and digging around. She retrieved the first-aid kit and snapped it open.
"Thank you," Kyle said, quickly locating the antiseptic. "Blair," he said briskly, patting the step. "Please sit here. I'm afraid this first-aid kit probably excludes antivenom, but the least we can do is get you patched up."
~
Cam titled her head in confusion. Kyle's change in behavior was quite sudden. His sweating skin was now a cool wash of white, and he was speaking calmly and clearly.
Did he have multiple personalities as well? Not likely. She couldn't imagine Kyle with an evil other side.
Probably an ultra control freak. As long as things are under control, and he feels useful, everything is going to be ok.

Blair stared at the little man blankly for a moment. She glanced at Kipp, then Take, and slowly rose to her feet, and approaching him and the step, carefully sitting down. She watched him wearily. "I-I can do it. I understand if you don't want to...touch it."

“Touch what?” Kyle asked, beginning to clean her wounds, becoming so absorbed that he didn’t notice her wince from the sting of the antiseptic.

"Hmm, I'm an 'it' now. Great." He was trying to lighten the mood a bit but sarcasm didnt seem to be helping.

"Not you! The wound. On my leg. Not you." Blair replied, wincing and gritting her teeth at the sting and ache. She dug her nails into the stair, the wood blistering easily under her grip. "Most people get squeamish around blood, so I just thought..." She shook her head, shrugging. "Never mind."

“Good,” Kyle said. A grim smile was slowly crawling its way across his face. “Now, I would have liked some sutures here but it appears there are none present.” He grumbled something about the incompetence of first-aid kit makers -tiny men are quite knowledgeable in the medical field- and he began to spread something brown over the wound. “Fight’s infection,” he explained.
Soon he was bandaging her leg. Take was actually quite impressive with his tourniquets there.
“That tight enough for you?” he patted Blair’s leg-not where she was wounded of course- and began to work on the rest of her.

"Tight enough, thanks..." Blair muttered. When he went to treat her burns wounds, she pulled away quickly at his touch. It stung and there was a sharp and burning pain. She grimaced, standing up quickly.
"N-no. I'm fine. Leave the burns..."

Cam glanced up at Clary. "Do you have any idea what happened with those two?" she pointed at the figures retreating up the stairs. "Because first of all, trying to kill each other doesn't seem very productive, and secondly, why the heybob did they suddenly just stop fighting and go on their merry way?"

Clary shook her head. “No idea, but I really hope it doesn’t happen again.” She said, watching Blair and Take.
