The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Take watched as Cam dropped the knife and continued on before he bent down to pick it up and put it in his pants with the other one.
He snorted at Annie’s apology, “Forget about it, I was teasing you remember? I kinda deserved it, Blair really wanted you to beat me up too” he chuckled.
"Hmm. You'd better be careful maybe i will." She said trying to be a threatening 3' of pixie dust by shaking her fist at him but her smile gave her away.

Take sneered as he mocked her little fist threat with one of his own, “I’ll watch out then” he apprised humorously. He glanced down at Blair who was slowly making effort up the stairs and gave her a grin.

Clary took the steps two at a time. By observing the others, she knew which ones were safe and which ones weren’t. She hunched over, grimacing as knives and arrows whizzed by her head. The Fox-boy that was in the lead setting the traps off was starting to stress her out. Step, step, skip. Duck, skip, step. She mentally chanted, her face scrunched up in concentration. She was so focused on not dying, Take’s words caught her off guard. “Blair’s what?!” She said, stepping on one of the triggers.
Click.
Clary flinched, sucking in a deep breath. Thanks to Colby, the trap was empty. She released her breath, and glanced behind her at Blair. “Oh,” Clary said. She jogged up the stairs, shoulder-bumping Take out of the way as she passed. “You suck.” she called down behind her.

Blair paused on one step, kicking a upturned brick, ducking, but nothing expelled itself from the wall. She sighed, looking up to the rest of the group. She was just in time to catch Take's grin from where he was in the middle of the group.
She gave a small smile, before looking away, pulling herself up another step. This is stupid...c'mon, Blair, you've had worse! Suck it up...
So she did. She looked up, her jaw set in a determined manner, and she climbed the stairs without pausing to favor her leg, closing herself off from the pain, doing her best not to think about it. Soon she was right behind everyone else, and thought about anything but the pain. You got this...it can't be much further now.

Take frowned at Clary right after her shoulder-bump. He held in his derogatory remark for a comeback since Annie was literally standing in front of him, and the other younger kids were only a few steps ahead. He just rolled his eyes, staying behind to wait on Blair.

“Nice, you caught up” Take commented honestly, starting up the stairs again, but keeping pace with her.

Clary glanced behind her, smirking as she saw he was holding back his retort. She stuck her tongue out at him, and then ran after Colby laughing, careful not to set off any traps.

"I may have caught up, but I don't know if I can keep up. Thanks for waiting," Blair muttered, not looking up at him. She kept her eyes on the stairs, keeping a close eye on any traps, but also so she didn't have to speak to him. The less I talk, the less I care, which is better in the long run. Less heartbreak. I just gotta get to the top of these stupid stairs and it'll be over soon, right?

“Don’t sweat it” Take replied, also keeping focus on the steps for traps, “If you end up really not being able to keep up, you can always get on my back” he offered, just in case something ended up happening. Small clicks went off every other step or so, but nothing was sent out. He noticed the various arrows and lethal weapons that were scattered around, as if there had been a battle in the stairwell. Take couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle at the idea of the younger kids all suited up in armor with weapons, ready for a medieval fight.
