Hubby and I just saw it. Best movie we've seen in years! But it did make us cry. It has a happy ending, tho.

I've read the book, and personally, I think Spielberg did a wonderful job portraying the characters in the movie and the overall story - yet, it wasn't exactly a re-watch for me, though I may re-watch it someday.

I've seen War Horse twice. What an incredible movie!! Anyone I've mentioned it to, to go see it, I've also added to bring tissues with them.
