one of the Pekin girls has always had a little thing for Patrick .... for those who don't know....Patrick is a Runner Drake. There has always been a little flirting going on through the fence. Once the Pekin girls are well enough I'll move them all in together. Tomorrow at least they will be back in their run for the day. Familiarity and the ability to move and groove, flap their wings etc will hopefully encourage an appetitestony looked like your Runner was trying to get in on the funky duck moves lol

AW that would so fit a great dane too!!Maidenwolfx80 just this morning hubby picked the name Maiden for our great Dane puppy. It took two weeks..of endless suggestions. Thank goodness he found such a pretty name.
Has anyone started a worm farm, with something other than meal worms? I bought hubby a red worm composting habitat, and am pretty excited to get that going. The worms are for two things, one buying fishing worms has gotten so expensive and two for the chickens. Just wondering if anyone else is worm farming.
I actually grated some in the FF. I only dd it once and I assume it is still in the bucket. Ii am sure it has reduced in viability by now.I'd like to talk about the Ginger Beer, from the Road thread. I don't want to make any, but am interested in the benefits of ginger. Think we could just shred some into the FF?
Whew, I finally got caught up on this thread so I could post. Last night I couldn't get on BYC all evening, then today I find out all kinds of stuff has gone on. Glad you started this thread BDM. Come on Fred, Al, Walt, Ridgerunner and all of you oldtimers, join us. We need your input.
