The neighborhood farm?

So I am in the process of filing for a permit for chickens in my urban backyard. I have to submit so much detail. I wonder if anyone is ever denied such a permit. Any thoughts?

I live in Cols Ohio, we are allowed chickens only with a permit. I had x5 red pullets, then I found out the permit process takes 1-2 mths, she we enjoyed the chickens until about the age of 8 wks then took them to a farm. I had them in the dinning room in a large dog cage then every evening we would take them out to our garden to play..they loved it.

I love buff orpingtons. Are u in an area that requires a permit?
