the new coop

How many chickens could we have in this coop comfortably.The house is 4 ft x 4 ft and the run 4 ft by 12 ft. I am moving the nesting boxes to the side to free up room and gain access.

That would house 3-4 chickens, imo.

We have a similar sized coop/run for 3 chickens and I'm going to expand the run prior to adding one more bird...

Some new pics and the coop is almost finished..I have been busy at work and the coop got put on the backburner for a little bit..Just a couple more days and it will be done..I do need some ideas for a roost inside thanks

ok I got the coop moved out of the shop and set last weekend.You were right I needed the 8n wow it was heavy but we got it moved.The chickens took a couple of days to figure out there new home.Now just waiting for some eggs.Thanks everybody for all the advice this site is very informative.
