Yeah, 102* here today. I shipped into Aug last year without any problems, as long as the seller remembered to write "hold for pickup". It's was sitting on my porch that was the biggest problem.
Like the box I got today, I pulled up just behind my Rural Carrier. No note or # on the box. Lucky I didn't have a class or errands this morning.

I just wanted to brag a bit about Jerryse. I ordered some bantam eggs from him, and even after the eggs were lost in shipping for 7 days I still have about 65% of the eggs developing! Not a single egg broken even after the PO had them for a week! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again!

12+ Blue Egg Laying Easter Eggers/Olive Eggers! Auction starts now and ends at 1pm PST Friday afternoon. Eggs are from my EEs and I have been alternating my FBCM roo in and out of the pen also. So you will get some EEs and some F1 OEs too! I have had 100% fertility and about 85% hatch rate on these here. The EEs hatch like little yellow fluff balls with puffy cheeks and the OEs will be black with puffy cheeks and could have feathered legs also. Adorable. They're well mannered parents and both the hens and roo are friendly with my children and I. They are some of my best layers. The egg color is a beautiful sky blue. I ship wrapping each egg in bubble wrap and incasing them in paper. I haven't had an egg break yet. Bidding starts at $7 Shipping is a flat $15

I double box, wrap each egg in a bubble wrap tube, and fill box with packing peanuts. I label boxes and will be happy to put special instructions clearly marked (hold at PO, for example). Bidding for both auctions start at $15 (shipping is included) and any eggs laid today will also be shipped. Please note I do not wash eggs for incubating, and it has been a very rainy last few days, I will not ship very dirty eggs, but some eggs do have a bit of dirt on them. The pictures below are of the exact eggs I will be shipping. I can not guarantee your hatching success, but I will only ship eggs that have been collected since Wednesday forward.
I am NPIP certified in the state of FL.

I have one black rooster over four black hens and one dark blue hen. I have been hatching chicks that are healthy little chicks with a 95% hatch rate. I have also been hatching some lighter blue chicks, which are so pretty!

Auction #2
8 Black Copper Marans eggs. I have five hens and two roosters. I have a brooder full of these babies, so I am done hatching the hens and one roo are from various sources, and the 2nd roo is, according the the reputable breeder I bought him from, from Bev Davis.

Auctions both end at midnight EST. I will be shipping tomorrow morning after paypal is received. Thank you!

THat is a chunk of change. Nice to see a feed store carrying the heritage type turkeys though-- we love th BR. Actually I haven't found a turkey I don't like.
