Okay, it is now 24 hours until my "free-spending" paycheck hits the bank. Already got the "pay stub" so I already know how much it'll be.

So let the good auctions begin, so I can get my incubators filled up again! LOL! I've got three incubators and TWO are empty! So let's go!

8 Ancona Duck eggs. These are from Celtic Oaks Farm in FL. I have blue and tri-color drakes over black and dun hens. Auction starts at $10 plus shipping of $15.00. I double box and individually bubble wrap. Auction will end tonight at 9:00 PM CDT in order to ship tomorrow.

MIxed auction of Ancona duck eggs, guinea eggs, Heritage RC Rhode Island Red. Minimum of 3 of each up to total of 12 eggs. Auction will Friday at 9:00 PM CDT to ship Saturday morning. The Rhode Island Red are Underwood lines from Jim Heinz. Guineas are mixed flock of pied, Imperial Purple, Lavender and Lavender Pied. Starting bid $10.00 with shipping of $16.00.

This made me LOL!

I was laughing as I typed it too, but it's true!

Every other paycheck I have goes to my sister and brother-in-law for housing expenses until their mortgage is caught up. The ones in between make my car payment, but otherwise are mine to spend. This particular one however, I worked about 60-ish hours per week. So it's a nice one! And it falls on one of my "keeper" pay dates, so I can go all kinds of crazy with it!

(Chickens are getting new pens, too).

I have 14 hens and 6 roos from 5 different sources, so you will get lots of diversity. They are laying well and fertility is great. None of my birds have split-wing or curled toes, but a couple of the hens have side sprigs. I have both crested and non-crested hens, and the 2 youngest roos are crested, so there is a small chance of a crested to crested breeding. My main roos, Astolf and David, run a very tight flock and the younger roos don't get a lot of opportunities to breed even if the hens will let them near.

ETA - I pack very well and send fresh, fertile eggs, but I can not be held responsible for rough handling by USPS. Shipping hatching eggs is a risk, but I do my best to ensure safe arrival. If you are not prepared to accept that risk, please don't buy these eggs.
