When bidding on an auction please state who is selling the eggs and exactly what they are. This reduces confusion when things get busy.

For example instead of :
$2 on the marans

Post:
$2 on:

"chicken egg seller XXX
6+ yyyy marans
starting bids at $x plus shipping
Auction ends tomorrow at X.00 PST"


OR to increase clarity (or save time) cut and paste the add. If the original add is long and has lots of pics please limit the pasted pics to one or 2.

I agree, I usually would quote the ad itself and remove any/all pics to save space, or if there are multiple ads in one post, delete anything that doesn't pertain to what i'm bidding on.

Just sayin' that Dak may seem a little snarky at times but he's usually an overall standup guy, I imagine he has a good reason not to sell in NM.

Before assuming someone is wrong for not wanting to ship to you or your state, look up laws, regulations, requirements, and/or possibly even quarantine rules. Each state is different (and yes there is at least ONE with a quarantine requirement, even when shipped from other parts of the U.S.). You might save yourself a lot of headache and possibly even a lot of jabs, write-offs, and insults, just by finding out that your state may have really strict requirements that the seller doesn't meet.
