I was thinking the same thing lol

I guess I have been off the egg swaps too long. They used to be really active with swaps and no selling happened in the swaps. Is there a new swap that has a lot of activity? I looked through several but they all seemed to have dies off. Thanks

I think the reasons are two fold. One, the chicken troubles are scaring people from claiming eggs. Two, I've been hearing about several non-senders in the swaps lately.
I do however believe that it will start to pick up, but hasn't yet.

I keep forgetting about the flu stuff. Others will dishonest peeps once in while unfortunately. Hopefully it picks up. It was fun before when lots of egg swapping was happening. The purchase thing though was not allowed when I was in the swaps before. You had t take it to private chat and you were reminds this was a swap not a sale. Oh well

#3--many breeders have already broken down their breeding pens for the year. This thread is much more active in the spring and early summer.

This auction thread also has its own chat thread (leaving this thread for listing and bidding only). It is here: ok never mind--looks like you already found it

Emvickery has silkies...hang out on these two threads long enough and you will see them (or read back several pages and contact people who've listed them before.

Good luck!
