I think many of us have been extremely fortunate to have been sent eggs by breeders on BYC.
Eggs from amazing birds that have cost the owners a small fortune to acquire and keep. And then they have shared their treasures with us.
They also share their expertise with newbies (and oldies alike).

Please consider these generous people when you nominate people for BYC awards, as these breeders are the foundation of most of our hobbies.

Egg auction 6 olive egger eggs! These are F1 olive eggs. My Roos are Cooper maran's and my hens are americaunas. The hens that hatch from these eggs will lay a dark olive egg as pictures. As always it's a small gamble but we have had great colors!
