yeah I've been reading for 4 years and I show now, I've only had about 5 bad instances only one included falling off haha

I never got into showing, I was a trail cutter. I think it avarages about 1 incident a year. Which is pretty good. I was that way, but I usually only came off of horses that weren't mine, or when I rode bareback. I once kicked a gate open and my shoelace got caught on the bolt.... the horse kept walking and I ended up with my leg up in the air

No he's gotta be more than tough. You also need wisdom, humility (opposite of pride), courage, and a gentle hand thats only tough when it needs to be. Lets not forget dilligent (nobody likes a procrastinator), but not wound to tighly, he should know when to kick back and just enjoy life, or it will pass him by.
Captain America was a roughly good example, I was quite surprized when I saw it (not including the super human strength of course lol)
