I'm trying to figure out how to get the new license plates on my car. If they aren't put on today, I won't be able to drive until DH can get up here to do it. Do you suppose a garage would put them on for me?

It looks like they have some sort of screw and nut combo. There's probably a tool around here that would do the job, but I have no idea where it would be and the garage is a total jumble.

Then take it to the garage. It won't take them more than five minutes to do it.
