Yesterday I baked some pumpkin bread. It's an old family favorite.

I love pumpkin bread.

I have a friend that had a serious operation and she cannot eat gluten of any kind, she'salso a vegetarian.


I'm hoping to grab her a few recipes so she can get her strength back and keep her brain a little more active.

Me too! When dad would come to visit I always had pumpkin bread for our breakfast. Dad and I always got up first in the family and we'd have a slice with cream cheese spread on it and a cup of coffee. Good times!

Not that I'm aware of but on the baker's thread there are members that are GF and I believe some are vegetarians...one of them might be able to help you.

Well, avocado, of course! (But the living room and dining were upholstered in gold)
My mother had atrocious taste. We had dark wood paneling and shag carpet throughout. I guess everyone had bad taste then.
