Probably the same as for everyone else... seeing covid HERE, and there. My two that are staying with me got it. Better now! I didn't get it. Whew. If you remember they moved in to help with my husband .. he passed..now they are helping me through my health issues. Man have I been blessed. All of the kids are watching over me, especially since he passed. My husband and I did the, his, mine and ours thing..12 kids combined. Thus the 12 behind my name here on BYC. They've all been so helpful and loving. Oh, and I'm getting old..er! When did this happen? 🤷 I'll have to stop by in here more often, I'm seeing a lot of ..ahem..old friends. 😁

How nice to have so many terrific helpful kids! I remember about your husband, glad you have the close family around you.

But we're giving each other the gift of a big backyard fence for Christmas. The crew should be here right after Thanksgiving. In the meantime, there's work to be done clearing the way for them (bushes cut back, stuff stowed between the garage and the old chain link fence to clear out, etc.).

I am soooooo looking forward to having some privacy in the backyard!

Look what one of our daughters brought by tonight for my birthday. She made a jean quilt with my husband's..her dad's jeans! I love the photo on it! She picked out the colors for it.
