Yesterday was a date with our DS and grand kids. We had fun but were happy to get home. We went to lunch, then to the Christmas store (beautiful, but a zoo) and then the Christmas Light show... An hour in line, then a 40 minute drive through show.

I had to order DH's gifts to get what he asked for...so far one package has been delayed in delivery for another week and the other package is taking a month from time of ordering to get here around the 23rd.

So if anyone needs to order something or needs to mail anything, better start early. This holiday looks to be as messed up as last year's with the mail (imo).

I forgot that we did buy two personalized tree decorations for DS. One has the year and their names and the other one is house, since they bought their first house this year.
