It's difficult with these pandemic s . I had to cancel a Christmas dinner last Monday due too someone's track and trace

I remember how it gets in Utah, lived there when I was way younger. We had to move back to Illinois because my sister kept getting nose bleeds. Didn't get away from the snow, since we all know that it's crazy in Illinois.

Today's baking marathon is done. My mom only wants home baked goodies for Christmas so she'll be getting 2 loaves of pumpkin walnut bread, 1 loaf of lemon poppy seed bread and 1 loaf of cream cheese banana pecan bread. Tomorrow I'm going to try to make up a batch of cookies to throw in her package just to round it out.

Sheesh, a gift certificate or bottle of perfume would be a lot easier!

And I wouldn't enjoy hearing about it either.

I used to do a big box of candy, cookies and one loaf of pumpkin bread. She finally let me I should save my time with the cookies and candy and just do quick breads. Ok ma, I heard you this year!
