That's the firs BluJay I have seen since July when all the birds died. We had some kind of virus sweep through Ohio. Not one Cardinal, Bluejay, since.

Really?! That is so sad. Can only imagine how that effects the ecosystem.

Hope your pretty birds make a come back.

Have you ever seen a Stellar's Jay? We saw them in Yellowstone a couple years ago, they're beautiful! (not my picture)

I saw one in Washington state, they're so pretty! I love the black and blue.

I thought we had blue jays but they're actually California Scrub jays.

I’m on load 2 of laundry. I did 2 yesterday and have 2 more to go. I don’t want to over exert myself I’m heading outside shortly to check on my cats. It’s a bit brisk this morning. Right now it’s -11 with a -23 windchill.

Oh my goodness that's cold! Stay warm!
