I squeezed some cupcakes into my very busy day…so far I haven’t accomplished much We are having a baby shower on the 9th for one of the teachers and I’m bringing cookies and cupcakes. I needed to practice.

Those look good DMC, what kind are they?

Thanks Debby, Marble. I’ve made these before. The recipe calls for butter but I wasn’t happy with the texture. I substituted oil this time. I like it so much better. They were still warm of course when they were sampled. If they last until tomorrow that will be the true test for me.
