So I'm guessing the 90k was for the luxury items...the kitchen sink, light fixtures, plumbing, etc.

I'm guessing the owner has been reading the news stories about home prices increasing and decided he needed to raise his too.

I've been ignored on all of my efforts to contact my landlords about the roof that they promised too replace this month. So it looks as if it's not going ahead again.
