There's a game this afternoon and a double header on Sat. We'll go this afternoon, but miss the weekend game as son and DIL are coming for the weekend.

DH called yesterday with his latest house hunting story.

A co-worker told him about a house near him that was for sale by owner. DH found the listing and the price was reasonable so he texted the owner. The owner quoted DH a price that was $90,000 over what it was listed for.

Um, that would be a big no interest!

The housing market is a Sellers market currently. I hope you find a house that you like and ca afford!

I've been ignored on all of my efforts to contact my landlords about the roof that they promised too replace this month. So it looks as if it's not going ahead again.

Time for a bit of letter writing
