Happy birthday to him, DMC! Glad your oven is up and running. Can’t imagine having mine out of commission!

@bruceha2000 , not too much smack….mostly it’s bad jokes and puns about putting the entries together.d And a lot of ooohs and aaaahs! This year I’m not even giving a hint. I wish we had more entries, though.

No big plans for Easter here. Too much snow on the ground all of a sudden for an Easter Egg Hunt, and Evan and Katie are “too old” anyway. Kendra doesn’t really get it, so scratch another family tradition as the kids get older and there are no new little ones to have that kind of fun with. I asked Tam, Jen and Kenny if they wanted to have an Easter dinner here, but they seemed rather iffy about it. it’s been so doggone damp and cold I don’t really blame them for not wanting to go out if they don’t have to.

They are! I ate 2 just to make sure I used Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe. Your not supposed to use the little bead non perils as they bleed, but I did as I have so many of this kind. The true test will be adding frosting and see how they taste together

Sally has some of the best recipes! I use a lot of hers. Glad you like them, they look good.

So you have snow too? I got some during the night and it's falling again now and only 21*. Definitely not going out unless necessary (and thankfully, it's not necessary today).

Hi Blooie It's kind of sad when kids get too old for things like egg hunts, trick or treating and Santa. But guess they have to grow up.

I was thinking about this today. Did it with our kids and grandkids. Don't know whether or not we will live long enough for great grandkids.
