Hi Mark, he is an assassin bugs. There are several varieties. I know that we have at least two varieties here.

So Texas has assassin bugs and Florida has love bugs. Guess we know who are the lovers and who are the fighters

Love bugs don't bite but they sure can make a sticky mess on a car.

Not a thing yet, Debby. We have no hummer flowers planted yet and won’t until we get the automatic sprinkler system installed. I need to pick up some hanging baskets and container plants for them I guess. I do have my scout feeder out.

Gonna be a lazy day for sure! I need to run out and check on the chicks, so I’m kinda waiting for one of those lulls in the rain. The big issue is the dogs’ feet…..I can take my shoes off at the door, but they can’t!
