We did a nonstop trip with Annabelle, my daughter's cat, 13 hours from TN to Texas. We put her in a kennel, and offered her litter box, which we put in a garbage bag, every two hours. She slept most of the trip. She was such an easy going, good cat.
June is the sweetest, but she isn't easy. She kicks litter out, spills her food everywhere, and hides every time she hears a loud noise. Every trip to the vet is accompanied by screaming.
Boo is not sweet. She barely lets us touch her and prefers the dogs to people. She doesn't care much for being inside, and will drive us crazy if we don't let her out immediately, when she wants out. Usually in the middle of the night.
She has to be wrapped in a towel and shoved into the kennel for vet trips. She hisses and howls until we get home.
I swear I am not a cat lady, but I love these two, just as much as I love my dogs.
