Got great news yesterday! I've lost enough weight that I no longer need BP meds.
We have a small chance of rain. I don't see anything over 102° for next week. It's nothing to get excited about, but I'm hopeful.

Not yet. She says it will take a few more weeks to rebuild my stamina and confidence. I was completely exhausted when I got home from the doc.
