You must have been having a good time DMC, good morning!

The bands were good last night…Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye. We hung around to see if our kids needed rides. A lot of drinking goes on at the fair. It kept the police department busy.

It’s still going on today. We don’t go on Sunday’s.
I have to go to school on Tuesday for half a day. We officially start the 29th. I still have 5 online courses to do. I test the third day of school.

I am working on pizza sauce today. My tomatoes are not doing great. So many have split open. The Roma’s aren’t ripening. It’s such an odd year. My green peppers were awful and then we got a couple rains and now they are beautiful.
I talked to someone the other day that planted 112 potato plants. They got 2 potatoes out of all of them. They had some sort of root rot.

How disappointing for the person that planted all those potato plants! Hope you get some good peppers now that you've had some rain.

That would be a heck of a surprise and very disappointing.
My peppers are beautiful! Some are very large and ready to be picked.

Hi DMC, the only way to prevent the tomatoes from splitting is by watering them on a regularly.

I did water them regularly. Apparently their fussy. My Roma’s did not split. They just aren’t ripening.

You’re still unbearably hot? What the heck?!

We got more rain overnight and when I went outside at 0230 it was pleasant but a bit muggy.

It really isn't hot, it's 91 right now. The humidity is at 60% though. We will have more rain this evening.

That is so scary. We got one full size tomato out of 3 vines, and a few tiny, tiny cherry tomatoes off of 2 vines. My hubs is known for his green thumb, so he was terribly disappointed. Our okra didn't even do well.
Which of the horseman is famine? I hope he doesn’t come ridin' up any time soon. I'm not a girl who likes to go hungry!
I always made flash cards to study by, DMC. I also made little rhymes and acronyms to help me remember things.
