The school called today. We don’t work Monday. It has something to do with the new year falling on Sunday. (They weren’t aware of that earlier?)I suppose they’ll take another day away from us.

How were they supposed to know that if Christmas is on a Sunday and the attached holiday is the Monday after that New Years would also be on a Sunday and the attached holiday is the Monday?
Just because it has been that way ever since ..... well FOREVER?????

Jenny’s mom passed away recently, and one of the things she left for her three daughters was a whole-family trip to Disney World so they could spend time together.

Sorry for Jenny, her siblings and all the grandkids but what a wonderful thing for her to do!!!!!

um, Kendra is starting to look kinda not child like

Our internet is out again, and cell service is horribly slow. Very frustrating.

If our internet is out we are dead in the water. The cell service here barely supports texts.

Good morning, all. Been busy this morning…..Ken and I got our size 10 Christmas boxed up, then Kenny and Ken put all the totes down in the crawlspace. That’s a lot of work. I’m pooped!!

I'm not, the wreath is still on the wall where it can be seen when you come in the house through the mudroom. That is the totality of our Christmas decorations
