When my knee is bad (left knee) along with foot drop with the right foot, Fit bit auto detects walking as elliptical for exercise!

I'm not sure if I should laugh, Ron. But good on you for getting your elliptical exercise in.

It is less of a struggle currently though-- I managed to get a cortisone shot for my knee on Friday and now I can walk better from parking to my office.

Are you looking at a knee replacement in the not TOO distant future? Can't do those Cortisone shots too many times.
