Also I’m trying to schedule Brew for a grooming appointment but I need to talk to my dad first and see when he can take us. He needs to go to the vet too.

Good morning all.

It's getting warm here right now. I expect we will have another hot day

I’ve got two things to talk to the doctor or nurses about. The leg cramps and the vomiting. I’ve thrown up 2-3 separate times today and nauseous in between those times.

I'm not advising you what to do but I use activated charcoal when I feel sick with water. I don't know why but it's helped me for years. Then when I feel settled I squeeze lemon into water again that's helped me enormously.

I’m having fruit and yogurt strawberries, blueberries, and vanilla yogurt. Delicious. I put the fruit on the bottom.

My favourite yummy. I also (being the greedy guts I am) like to add honey drizzled over my yogurt

The blood pressure medicine I take says not to take potassium. I am supposed to not eat a lot of potassium rich foods... but I still eat bananas!
