I'm not advising you what to do but I use activated charcoal when I feel sick with water. I don't know why but it's helped me for years. Then when I feel settled I squeeze lemon into water again that's helped me enormously.

My favourite yummy. I also (being the greedy guts I am) like to add honey drizzled over my yogurtI’m having fruit and yogurtstrawberries, blueberries, and vanilla yogurt. Delicious. I put the fruit on the bottom.
