I got just a little overheated yesterday. Got nauseated and had muscle cramps all night. I'll be staying in this afternoon and enjoying the cooler indoors.

Good morning, Mark. The sunflowers here are blooming nicely now. But they are all yellow so far. I'm certain we planted some orange ones.

I had two 16 ounce bottles of electrolyte water yesterday. I had several glasses of plain water also.

As hot and dry as most people are, we are getting soaked with rain for the past week or so. I need to make a quick trip to the store before it hits again.

Good morning all. Hope it's a good day for you! Taking my Gracie to the vet today. She's due for her shots next month..soon to be here. She's been shaking really bad for the past few days. Could it be a tooth? I know the vet will say they need cleaning. Every year they do now. She's had a few pulled. I just worry about her being put under. Having said that, I can't let those teeth go. They look like they hurt. She had problems after last year. I'm to the point if she doesn't make it, it was meant to be. I've had a couple of family members ask if it was time for her to be put down. I'm just not sure because she can act so happy..you know..like sick dogs can ..act.

I hope she does ok Cynthia.
I lost my dog a few years ago. He was extremely old. He had a old dog vestibular syndrom for his last 4 years of life. When he would have a really bad day, we would hand feed him, feed him ice chips, and carry him out for his potty breaks. Everytime we were ready to have him put down, he would get better.
We dug his grave twice because we thought he was about to go, but he pulled through. I have video of him the day before he died walking with me around the pond. That dog gave me so much joy.
He was a happy little soul until the day he died. I hope I live my life like that. Smiling and wagging my tail to the end.

It's so hard when our pets age and we can see their health deteriorate.
