I had two 16 ounce bottles of electrolyte water yesterday. I had several glasses of plain water also.

I have powder packet of electrolytes to add to water now. I put one packet into 32 ounces yesterday.

I will do the same today. We will be 105 with low humidity so there will be a lot of moisture loss due to sweat today!

Late to the party. If I disappear, don't worry . Computer is acting up. HP control said it is 'corrupted' and needs to be wiped clean, but right now it is functioning once again.
