There is no land with it. They are not selling that. It’s an 8 acre yard.
In some places 8 acres is a LOT of land ;)
Our prior house was on 1/10 acre (including the house)

even 85 is bad to me
Me too!!!

He’s only 25. Earning money is his top priority right now. Good thing he’ll be close to home so he gets fed. He won’t have money for groceries.
I recall egg salad sandwiches being frequent just after I bought my first house.

I'm sure I could coerce them into doing some work around here.
Nope, they will be to busy working on the fixer-upper! You can bring food to them.

Did you guys see all the flooding in the Hudson Valley area? Terrible. Hope everyone’s okay. I think someone died though.
Really bad in southern and central Vermont.

Halloween in July at the club. My costume is WARM. 🥵🥵🥵😭🤣 I’m only gonna wear it a few minutes.
You could have gone as Princess Leia in the slave costume, much cooler ;)

And Gortons is cod, but I don’t care for their breading. It has a weird taste.
Frankly, breaded fish in a taco would be a dead stop no matter whose product it is.
I first had fish tacos in Mexico on our honeymoon 33 years ago in Akumal (east side of Mexico on the coast, Cozumel is 18 miles offshore. They were REALLY GOOD. I don't know what kind of fish it was but very unlikely to be cod, more likely a local white flesh fish freshly caught.

It was really nice there when we went, I've read that recently it is now dangerous, cartels. Sad

Sorry to hear it’s bad there too!

True but I only had Chewy! LOL

And 8 acres is a lot to me too.

I am talking farmable acres. We found out yesterday there is 8.7 acres and 3 of it is farmable so he can rent that out to the guy farming it now. The daughter apparently didn’t know that when I asked her.
There is actual surveying action going on in our yard! :woot
Awesome!!
